Baby Sugar Lotion is made from the same ingredients as our my natural lotions. It contains fragrant oil so I can not market it as "all" natural. However, this has not prevented it from being one of my number 1 sellers. Baby sugar has a unique smell of coconut, vanilla and essential oils. Excellent for dry skin.
